Description Front cover by Talwin Morris. Red cloth. Two horizontal slabs to bottom, blocked in emerald-green. Between, eleven stems rise alternately into Glasgow Style roses blocked in white or clusters of five speared leaves blocked in green, the leaves placed lower and the roses higher. Two further stems curve out and up to terminate in blocked white roses at the top of the ground. Blocked elongated teardrops in gilt surrounding. To top centre, a blocked white squashed heart, topped with a blocked gilt crown with heart finials. More teardrops picked out in red. To bottom, two more identical hearts but smaller. This design was exhibited at the influential Esposizione Internazionale d'Arte Decorativa Moderna in Turin in 1902.
