| Description |
The Kurv cordless hand held vacuum cleaner is the result of a collaboration between Dirt Devil and industrial designer Karim Rashid, during the 2000s. It is sold in the UK under the Vax brand name. The vacuum cleaner is intended to be left on display when not in use and has a sculptural form and flowing lines. The injection moulded ABS case has a spray painted metallic finish in a colour described as 'Choco-latte'. The vacuum comprises 3 main sections: the charging base; the dirt cup and the main unit containing the motor. Once assembled, the vacuum is stored in the base unit for a continual charge. |
