| Description | A sample pair of bladders, from the 2000s, for Canterbury batting gloves CCC in-FL-8r, also known as the Bloater cricket glove, with air pumps attached, one with air valve. The bladders, made of colourless polyurethane, are high- frequency spot welded in lines and around their edges. They can be inflated to suit each individual wearer and provide, thus, protection combined with a snug fit whatever the size and shape of the wearer's hand. These bladders were designed by Teardrop Technologies for Canterbury UK in 2006. | |
