| Description |
A pair of black gloves made for Trekmates with Gore 2 in 1 technology in the 2000s. These gloves provide two levels of warmth and grip in one glove. They have two chambers. In the warm chamber the insulation provides maximum warmth over all sides of the fingers with durable waterproof and windproof protection. In the grip chamber the insulation is only on one side allowing optimum tactility, breathability and heat loss on three sides of the fingers. These gloves incorporate the Gore-Tex membrane, patented in 1980, which has pores that are small enough to stop water penetrating but large enough to let water vapour out. |
