The project team are seconded from existing posts so the skills, knowledge and practice will both inform the wider community and be embedded within the sector. The adoption of a Project Sponsor will ensure the project outcomes are raised at senior levels both within institutions and across the sector. Technical enhancements, tools and services developed throughout the project will be made available to the JISC community freely. All case studies, workshop reports, toolkits and other project outcomes will be made publically available online for a period of at least three years by VADS.

Success Plan

The Kultivate project will produce a technical architecture report considering the findings of Josh Brown’s research into consortial repositories as applicable to┬áthe Kultur II Group. The project will also assess the sustainability of the Kultur II Group community and consider how this can be moved forward, producing a sustainability report reflecting on the findings of the environmental assessment.
